Commonly accepted value of n_{i} (intrinsic carrier concentration or hole concentration) at T=300 K is 1.8 x 100cm- for GaAs.

Given that n_{0}= 4p_{0} ------- (1)

n_{0}p_{0}=n_{i}^{2}
