Answer #1

First part:

The execution process of a project needs to follow different guidelines from the client-side. To make the project ready for delivery it is required to measure each area to present it correctly. The project management team needs to work on the project conduction process to make the project presentable at its standard. Without a correct presentation, the project deliverable standards can be lost and it may lead to affect the reputation of the company.

Similarly, the presentation functions with the same format as to make something presentable it needs to have the correct strategic format. For example, to conduct a presentation on a product ‘wireless adapter’ it needs to come up with an introduction by stating the entire matter. The product components, connectivity, architecture, standards, security measures, limitations, advantages, future scope, and conclusion are required to be included in the presentation. It is similar to conduct a project in the project management process. To conduct a project the first step is to know the project-driven steps. The team must have a clear idea about components or materials used for the purpose of the project. The project execution needs to undertake security measures and must meet with advantageous purposes. The project areas of limitations need to overcome with an effective process and further utilization of the project can be done for different intents. Therefore, the presentation process is similar to the project, in presentation, the processes to begin a purpose are being discussed prior, and an idea towards achievements is obtained. The project comes up with the real purpose of work that can be utilized for several purposes.

Second part:

The presentation purpose is the blueprint of actual project methodologies. It needs to undertake correct planning methods to present something. The presentation states the entire path driven process of future project work and without correct planning, it becomes difficult to input each step of the project in the presentation. To prepare the project it is required to make strategic plans as failing to include in the presentation may lead to arise different problems. When it will be presented in front of the clients then they can put error marks on different areas. Resulting to lose the contract of the project and on the other hand, it can put a negative impression. Another factor is the quality delivery may hamper as missing some of the areas may result to affect the work formulation if it is granted for any project purposes. It is necessary to put the maximum time into the planning methods before preparing the presentation.
