However a management process is long and continuous where as project management ends with the end of the project. The scope of management is large whereas the scope of a project management is confined to that project. Project management uses tools like status charts, PERT charts, mind maps etc., to show the status of a project and how well it is going as per plan which means they helps us understand the connection between tasks and the relationships between each task.
