The malr gametophyte and female gametophyte plant develops from spore. The male gametophyte plant form sperm cells and female gametophyte plant forms egg cell. The fertilsation between sperm cells and egg cells leads to the zygote formation. Then zygote develops into sporophyte which is further divided into setae and capsule. Capsule produces spore and this spore again germinates into male and female gametophyte plant.
