Well, if you take working with public social/rehabilitative service delivery systems as a lucrative job opportunity, then your dreams will get shattered but if you want to help people in accessing the basic requisites of life and look at them while the smile with joy, then this is the work for you.

I have been working with a public social service delivery system and I have experienced the sorrows of various people and have also experienced their happiness while we help them with something. My experience so far is enlightening and I have learned a lot about people and what makes them happy. I have experienced that helping others and putting a smile on them makes myself very happy. There are a lot of people who doesn't have access to basic requisites of shelter, clothes and food and we through our service delivery system try to help them with the required materials as much as we can afford. I have experienced a lot of good wishes, blessings, joy and smiles from the adults and specially from the little ones. I feel that in many ways these abstract achievements makes a person a way richer than mere salary.
