Recently I visited Trader Joe's to buy grocery items, they offered great products at great prices. I felt that shopping grocery items there was really a simplified process. There was a very happy atmosphere in the store, the workers in the store were there to help me with a smile on their face. The experience was really convenient & full of fun & removed all the stress that one experiences while shopping. It was really a good experience, the way they welcomed me was really overwhelming, the workers there treated me as if I am their friend & clarified all my questions & concerns. Like they really helped me to know where a particular product is placed, they took me to that place themselves. Shopping at Trader Joe's saved lot of my time as they sell products with their private label, so, I had few options for each item which made the shopping experience much simpler. When you had too many choices, sometimes you end up buying nothing. At Trader Joe's, I didn't face this problem because of the limited options available. Also, the prices at which the products were offered were little cheaper. Eco-friendly packing of items was also one thing that really impressed me. All in all the experience was good. It was an amazing experience & I felt that workers there were not only interested in pushing their products but were concerned about building real relationships with their customers. Yes, the way I was treated there made me to visit the store again. I will look forward to buy grocery items from the store again & again. I was genuinely satisfied with the shopping experience at the store. I will look for a long term relationship with the brand.
