X1 = 2 , X2 = 4 , X3 = 16 , X4 = 6

Incident rate = (X1 + X2 + X3)/n * 1000

= (2 + 4 + 16) / 139 * 1000

= 22/139 * 1000

= 0.1583 * 1000

= 158.3

= 2 + 4 + 16

If 6 students were dropped then the incident rate = (X1 + X2 + X3 + X4)/n * 1000
