The EHR ( electronic health record) system is used to save data, records as well as medical history of the patient. This enables the healthcare professionals to get information regarding the patient while the treatment. EHR enables the healthcare professionals to save time by quick reviewing the patient information, they need not to rush through the paper documents. So, EHR is basically save time in the documentation process. The paper work is a lengthy and time taking process.
EHR provides all the information and records of the patient medication history, the Patients need not to mention again and again regarding their health condition for their next visit. This also provides patient positive response.
