Takt time = Available time / Rate of Customer demand

Available time = 5 days per week * 8 hours per day

= 40 hours

Demand for A = 80 units

Demand for B = 100 units

Total demand = 180 units

Takt time = 40 / 180 = 0.22 hours/unit
