ii)The Threshold is set to half value of congestion window when packet loss is detected. When loss is detected during transmission round 16, congestion window size is 42. Hence Threshold is 21 during 18th transmission round. similarly for 24th transmission round, loss detected during 22nd transmission round congestion window size is 28. hence the threshold is 14 during 24th transmission round .
