1. False.

Reason: Ejaculatory ducts are formed by the union of ductus deferens and duct of seminal vesicle. It originates from the back of the bladder.

2. Prostate gland is known to be present inferior to the bladder. It is the accessory genital organ which wraps the proximal portion of the urethra and the pelvic floor.

3. Spermatic cord. It is found in males which is formed by the vas deferens and the surrounding tissue. This surrounding tissue runs from deep inguinal ring to each testicle. It is supported by arteries, veins, lymphatic vessels too.

4. True. Seminal vesicles are two sacculated structures. These are situated obliquely on lateroposterior area of the bladder.

5. False. The penile urethra is also known as spongy urethra and is known to pass through corpus spongiosum.

6. Spermatogenic cells are found in the seminiferous tubules. They are the group of cells which are formed in the walls of the seminiferous tubule. The tubules are made up of sertoli cells which are surrounded by the spermatogenic cells on the epithelial interior.
