if you were on trial for your life ( because of an alleged murder), would you want the judge to be an act-utilitarian, rule-utilitarian, or neither. why or why not?

As a murderer i would want the result to be in my favor and act utilitarian and rule utilitarian both would not reap results in my favor. Act utilitarian says that moral is the act where the good of greatest number of people is linked and rule utilitarianism says that the rule that makes the act moral should be related to greatest number of people and in both of the cases the greatest number of good is linked with society and society would never want a murderer to live openly. Thus I as a murderer would not want the judge to act on either act or rule utilitarianism.
