If we use right hand instead of our left hand in Flemming left hand rule....then it doesn't affect the magnitud ,only direction of force changes...for example if we gat force in positive x direction by using right hand ...then the correct direction is in negative x direction which we get if we use left hand.so only direction gets reverse
