Both aponeurosis and tendon attach muscle with bones. Aponeurosis is made of a layer of delicate thin sheaths whereas a tendon is bade up of thick rope like material.

(Left most diagram of skull) - aponeurosis

(Chest part) - tendon

(Abdomen) - aponeurosis

(Hand) - tendon
