Answer #1
  1. Both prevent hemorrhage

The process of hemostasis and coagulation are very important as it helps in preventing loss of blood by clotting it and hence prevents hemorrhage. The hemorrhage is escape of the blood from ruptured blood and it leads to a lot of problem. With help of blood clotting, the blood starts to coagulate and hence helps in preventing excess blood loss. The platelets are blood proteins which helps in formation of clot and hence prevent excess loss of blood. The process of hemostasis takes place after clotting which leads to dissolution of the blood clot and hence helps in repairing the tissue that was injured.
