a. As most of the physicians are used to hold a chart while talking to patient, use of EHR makes them uncomfortable while checking the patient records on computer screens without making eye contact with the patients, therefore providing them with the tablets can improve the use of EHR.

b. As filling patient forms while treating patients seems to be time consuming work for physicians, therefore such information and forms can be filled out while at the reception or waiting area so that the EHR can be used frequently and effectively by the physicians.
