Voice of the customer is a term which means to capture the customer feedback and insight basis the experience along with recommendation so as to make improvements and adjustments wherever possible. It helps the companies to better understand the needs and expectations eventually leading to improvement in product or service provided.

The use of internet and other platform like applications have made it much easier to capture the Voice of the customer. Now, companies can easily reach out to customer and take their opinion or feedback. The customer can make the comment or share the experience with ease in the social sites, company web sites with ease. Hence, it has made voice of customer even more powerful.
