There were also a number of high points in the second implementation cycle which were a major improvement from the first Mirabel roll-out phase. Senior management was involved in SAP implementation in the second implementation, roles and duties were introduced before the new system was applied, staff were able to envision the new system, learning tools were used prior to implementation, a full description of process improvements in learning tools was provided.

Also, development was not interrupted when the new program was deployed and after it was live. Another good point was that when the device went online, there was 97 per cent data accuracy. On the other hand, there were less downsides of second implementation that needed to be discussed. One big problem in the implementation of the second process was the lack of streamlining of processes. Another point which needed improvement is the limited scope.
