Service Offered by the organization:. The single window service concept helps the customer to call single contact for all the hotel services. This single window ervice representative will coordinate for all the services at Hotel Sayaji and do not let the customer to contact different people for different services in during their stay at Sayaji Hotel at Pune. Thus they make customer stayed easy and single contact service model helped them to improve their service levels. This is innovative service because we do not find such services in hotel segment and this is the first kind of service initiated by Hotel Sayaji and it helped them significantly.

The unique challenge for service innovation is that service innovation calls for money and it is expensive. Thus this service innovation will cost to the Hotel Sayaji and Hotel Sayaji to manage their expense in the current tough economic scenario and they may find it difficult to manage it and stay in the business. Thus the service innovation will influence customers, and will get larger customers, will improve the revenue and profit for their business. Thus they will be able to manage this innovative service and stay in the business.
