Quality and TQM are very important aspects of quality management in any company. Not only it helps in evaluating the efficiency of the employees but with its findings and proper steps taken to rectify the mistakes, it can increase productivity, the quality of the service provided which can increase the market share and hence, the revenues for the company.

My chosen organization for this project is AirBnB. although the company doesn't have any physical products of its own to sell, rather it provides a service for travelers and home renters to connect and to get mutual benefit from each other.

Although an extraordinary concept, the company has to regularly check the quality of its services provided by reading the kind of reviews the customers leave behind, their feedback and most importantly, the data conveying what the consumers want from the service. The priority of anyone would be safety/security.

therefore, the company has to bring in regulations to assure safety/security to both the parties. And the recent case of misconduct has made the company take its quality control rules and regulation very seriously. And in this regard, the ISO is the ultimate standard through which companies are judged and used by the customers. Therefore, complying with its standards can benefit the company greatly in the present as well as the future.
