ALDI is a discount supermarket chain based in Germany. Albrecht - Discounts are a complete form of ALDI. The supermarket chain has two major groups. ALDI NORD and ALDI Sud. However, both groups are independent in their activities and operate on a specific market basis. Initially, each group was owned and operated by brothers Karl Albrecht and Theo Albrecht. The company has grown from a small business into a successful and most valuable retail chain with annual turnover of € 53 billion, over 9,000 stores in 18 countries and approximately 100,000 employees across the country. The world. ALDI's operations depend primarily on the concept of a limited classification - high-end goods sold in the initial store are limited to the basic choices of most goods sold at a fixed price and are expressed in a simple manner. At ALDI, everything is done from construction stores, supplier selection, location and sale of goods to achieve significant savings in discounts that are always offered to customers at the final price.

ALDI's no-frills strategy is another cost-effective method. They introduced a cart distribution system. Customers have to put one penny in the grocery cart and get the coin back when rolling. This mechanism eliminates the need to hire someone who has a job to do: pull over the shopping cart. The food industry is revolutionized with the ALDI business model, which allows them to provide high quality products at very low prices.
