Answer is E) C and D

Correct Lewis structure contain completely filled octet of each atoms (8 electrons in valence shell).

In Lewis structure C), carbon atom have incomplete octet as it contain only 6 valence electrons.

In Lewis structure D), each oxygen atom have expanded octet as they contain 10 valence electrons.

Thus, both C and D don't obey octet rule and are not correct.
