answer-

I want to be a HR manager in my future Career so in order to be effective and high performing HR manager i need to have gain following attributes in myself-

Proper knowledge of my area of expertise-

This is one of the main factor as i want to be HR manager so i should have all the knowledge to manage human resources and how to do function like recruitment, selection, compensation,HR laws, training and appraisal. if i do not have this then i would not be high performing manager.

Effective Communication skills-

Communication is the key attribute of being a HR manager because if i am able to do effective communication like reading, writing, speaking and listening then i can make good impression on my employees as well as to top management. Communication would help me to convey my point and influence others to agree what i am saying.

Leadership attribute-

A high performance manager should have leadership qualities like inspiring to employees, encourage and motivate them to show high performance, lead them to organization's vision and achieve task goals. a good leader qualities would be very integral part of my high performance.

A multi- tasker-

The work of HR manager is not simple. i would have those days in future where i would have to do multi task like making reports of employee's performance as well as recruit new employees, do job analysis, make compensation and benefit program. so i have to be multi tasker.

If i am able to get above attributes in my career then i would be able to show high performance as Manager in future organization.
