As right arterial pressure is increases it will increase cardiac output also in the abdomen laceration case.

And increased right arterial pressure doesn't affect much on cardiac output.

At a point which is steady state operating point denotes equilibrium state where vascular and cardiac function attains equilibrium state. Both cardiac and vascular functions work equally same.
