Hydrogen bonds are the intermolecular attractions that exist between the hydrogen atom of one molecule and Nitrogen or Oxygen or Fluorine atom of the another molecule.

So all amines such as the one shown in option A i.e. methanamine forms hydrogen bonds with water. The molecule in option E is ethanol which has O atom in its hydroxyl group capable of forming hydrogen bonds with water.
