It is always not happy, because to early completion of the project the direct cost increases. Which includes machinrey cost ,labour cost,...etc...At the same time the the indirect cost of project decreases due to the project span decreases.He has to maintain clarity on marginal cost of direct cost and indirect cost of project then only he has to choose whether he has to finish early or not.
