Quality control measures

The measures that are taken to control the quality of the products of a company is termed as quality control measures. The main purpose of quality control measures is to inspect and minimize the defects of the project of a company. The following points should be kept in mind while planning the control measures:

1. The engineer of the quality control measures should have a special designed plan for controlling the quality. He should act accordingly and do his inspection and carry out his responsibilities.
2. There should be communications between the members and the leader so that the tensions of the project be minimized.
3. There should be constant monitoring of the work. Each contractor should be inspected to avoid delays and accidents.
4. There should be some criteria on which the quality of the materials and the equipments should depend. The record of works like delivery or dates of completion should be checked.
5. To avoid any serious delays in the finishing of the work there should always be an alternative plan or any backups so that the problems can be solved easily.
