a fertile soil have about 3-6% of the organic matters these are derived due to the decomposition of the plant or the animal biomass or tissues which produces humus these are the good and primary source of the micronutrients like N,P,C etc in the soil

2)- C- millions

a teaspoon of fertile soil generally have millions of the microbials which are in form of bacteria, Protozoa, nematodes, fungus,etc these helps in the decomposition of the organic matter of the soil to the micronutrients
