Yes when Humidity changes ,Enthalpy also changes.

Enthalpy (H) is related to relative humidity as given below :-

H=(.24*T)+(W*(1061+0444*T))

Where

H = enthalpy (Btu/lb)

W = specific humidity (lbwater / lbdry air)

T = dry-bulb temperature (F)

So with increase in humidity will increase Enthalpy .Since it is directly proportional to each other
