The state of nature by Thomas Hobbes clearly states that the world need to be free from any law except the laws of nature,His ideology is quite helpful in framing the international laws and other notions as well. State of nature is something to be considered as a law free world which doesn't have any government ruling over the population, they are only bound to follow the Laws of Nature.

In this Theory ,the man believes to be dependent on themself,their strength and the intelligence.Thomas hobbes believes man need to be more social rather being limited to oneself.Hobbes clearly disagree with the practice of giving someone superiority which further leads to the emergence of another problem.
