Answer #1

a). We could see that in the statement, she states that if she fails on something she wants to do, then society would generalize that the women don't possess the potential to do so. Here, we can see how society looks upon the efforts made by an individual as an opportunity to strike against the whole womanhood itself. We may think that does it usually happens in the real world or is just a silly argument or complaint raised by an individual. But, to a far extend we could say that society still shows the badge of male domination and exploits opportunities to harass women. Ours is a developing society, which is slowly realizing the need for equal rights and opportunities. Necessary steps are taken by the pillars of society to fight against inequality and stereotype. In a manner, we should agree to the statement, but we also shouldn't neglect the current success we have achieved.

b). Nowadays the majority of the women try to come out of their safe zones. Women are the precious group of the economy and they possess qualities like braveness, confidentiality, adaptability, etc. Leadership quality is one of the major quality and it makes women more popular in many fields. 4. Maintaining a network is a major thing that a woman leader must possess. It means women have to manage many roles within society than men. So their social networking should be effectively maintained to become a popular leader.

5. Equality maintenance is another one. It means a women leader will not treat thee women group especially. Because it may lead to unhealthy feminism and society may overlook it. So equality treatment is a special character.

6. Effective Communication is the main thing that the leader must take care of. That only through effective communication she can satisfy her employees and it only creates a sisterhood affection among the leader.
