For any titration only that indicator is suitable, if their working pH range is in pH range of titration....

For titration of NaOH (strong base) with HNO2 ( weak acid), pH range of titration is 7 - 11. So for this titration only that indicator will b used, whose working pH range is between 7 to 11.

Hence answer is Indicator 'B' ( as it have pH range 8.3 - 9.9)
