Question 21) (b)Based on the given data, it can be stated that Beacon Motors is utilizing a generic competitve strategy of Focussed Low Cost because the company focusses on delivering the best product to a selected set of customers not necessarily in the lowest price.

Question 22) (c) Focussed low cost strategy basically targets a narrow market with competitive pricing strategy amongst its customer not necessariily making available the cheapest products without compromising on the quality of the product.
