Re construction and strengthening of health systems

Increase the capability of the health system to enforce adequate prevention and control of chronic non communicable diseases. Private sectors have crucial infrastructure and elements for effective management this include trained human resources, adequate access to essential medicines, basic technologies, standards for primary health care and well‐functioning referral mechanisms. It helps in the early detection and management of chronic non communicable diseases and also strengthening of human resources capacity through improved training about medical education.
