Secondary structure (α-helices and β-structures) is a regular spacial arrangements of adjacent amino acid residues in polypeptide chain which is maintained by by hydrogen bonds between hydrogen of amide and oxygens of carbonyl in the peptide backbone. So option e i.e. hydrogen bonds between the amino group of one peptide bond and the carboxyl group of another peptide bond is responsible to maintain the secondary structure of a protein.

Where as hydrophobic interactions and disulfide bonds are important to maintain the tertiary structure of the protein. Where as peptide bond is the chemical bond which is formed between amino group of amino acid and carboxylic group of another to form polypeptide chain
