rms current Irms = 2.10 A
L = 66 x 10^-3 H
frequency f = 25 Hz


     Impedance in the circuit is
         Z = 2πfL
    
So RMS voltage in this circuit is
         Vrms = Irms Z
                 = Irms (2πfL)
                 = (2.10 A)(2π(25 Hz)(66 x 10^-3 H))
                 = 21.77 V
