The owner is an independently wealthy woman who is starting this business because she thinks people ought to eat better. You have been asked to design the organization. When the business opens there will be a dozen retail stores and a wholesale operation to sell the products to existing food stores. She also plans to eventually have two organic farms to grow healthy food.

As far as considering with the health food products retail store, all the tasks for the employees should be clearly defined and should not get vary from store to store. Each employee must be provided with specific tasks and well trained to deal with the consumers.

  • The structure of the store plays a vital role in retail business. All the products should be well arranged and presentable
  • There should be proper entry and exit way
  • All the products should be refreshed and restocked throughout the day
  • Well trained staff members
  • Proper maintaining of Inventory and keeping stock of the essential items

Suggestions to the owner of the Organization

  1. Nowadays advertising our products via social media is getting popular and it also helps to reach more consumers.
  2. As its a food store maintaining a clean store is essential to get more customers
  3. Pricing in a nominal range will help to get more sales. So it should be considered while opening a retail store
  4. Proper maintaining of inside store displays and items
