A mineral having tetrahedron structure means it belongs to Nesosilicate group, And Zr4+ along with isolated tetrahedron form a Zircon mineral,

whose formula is ZrSiO4

here the co-ordination number of silicon is 4 and the co-ordination number of Zr is 6 i.e. octahedral.
