Still it can be easily coordinated as a single unit as that of centralized Security: Security that obtained by IT is more convenient to handle than that of physical security and also the security scaling can be easily performed in IT security Automation of works: To reduce the running cost of business automation can be applied with the introduction of IT the automation procedure becomes hassle free Reductio n of cost aspect: Many low cost IT services are available through IT technologies like cloud computing Customer support: Reach of customer becomes easy Examples

Remote working and coordination: Most of the business units are spread throughout the globe and coordination of these units can be done with the help of IT For example: Amazon: The repository of Amazon is located in different counties of the world. All the repositories are managed using IT Security: For most of the business unit there will be lot of data's that has to be hided from employees. Some data's will be highly secured. For each data the access control should be so that only the authorized pers on can access the data. This can be done using IS and IT Before accessing any data in the company the user has to be authorized using username and password These will grand various access rights to the user For example: In a company there are different levels of employees. CEO, HR, Manager, Assistant manager, Team leader etc. Each level access control is different. The data the manager can be accessed cannot be accessed by assistant manager Thus data and the resources can be made secure
