Solution :-

When the H is attached to the N, F or O then it can form the hydrogen bond otherwise the hydrogen bonds are not formed

Out of the given compounds

The formula in the option B is CH3-NH-CH3

In this molecule the H is attached to the N therefore it can form hydrogen bond

In the other structures the H is not directly attached to O, F or so they cannot form hydrogen bonds

So the answer is option B
