Protozoa are non phototrophic , unicellular , eukaryotic microorganism with no cell walls. Protozoa are diverse group of eukaryotic organism .

Bacteria comes under prokaryotes while protozoa comes under eukaryotic

Bacteria lack nucleus while protozoa has nucleus

Protozoa has mitochondria while bacteria lack.

Trypanosoma brucei causes sleeping sickness caused by tse tse fly.it require two host tse tse fly and humans to complete its life cycle. T.cruzi require Chagas disease transmitted by animal and people by insect vector.It causes fever , swelling and rashes. It is treated by drug like benznidazole and nifurtimox.

Plasmodium falciperum causes malaria in humans require Anopheles mosquito .It require two host mosquito and humans to complete its life cycle.It causes fever in humans and treated by antimalarial drug quinine.

Answer 2. It is infected by tse tse fly. T.cruzi causes Chagas disease it is a tropical parasite disease and it causes rashes of skin and swelling and fever
