Change management in any organisation is driven by top management.

  1. The rules/policies just displayed on notice board needs to be highlighted on the walls of the police station & Walton Eager has to ensure that the policy is understood by other officers.
  2. Respect for all communities is must but it should be ensured that it shuld not hamper the working of the deptt
  3. An org structure should be defined where each level has a specific roles & responsibilities
