1. The datas filled in the column is obtained during the experiment and it is not calculated.

6. P value is obtained by comparing the significance value with the obtained X2 value.

The significance value is usually 0.05 . so from the table see the value for degree of freedom 3 ( here 3) against 0.05.

The value is 7.82. Since the observed value is 0.7577 it doesnot exceed the 7.82 we cannot expect null hypothesis.

It will not have 9:3:3:1 ratio.
