This song is composed and sung by artist Yo Yo Honey Singh for the Bollywood film Ragini MMS2.
In this song, the artist tells about himself, as an alcoholic person. He drinks in excess, parties, and stays in the bar. He says there are many like him and these habits makes others stay away from him. He says that these are his routine daily habits. People leave him as such and he prefers it too.

Alcohol is directly depicted in the song. The song tells about a full blown alcoholic person, but till now, he has not experienced any bodily ill symptoms. It is true, that there many spoilt brats like these and some indulge into such behaviour as an escapism from problems. However, this song is meant to attract young people and makes these things appear cool. It is a party song and people who are not into drinking too, may get tempted to drink, to appear cool in front of their peers, by such "cool-appearing" songs.
