What is the Full Faith and Credit Clause? Explain why is it relevant and provide an example
Full Faith and Credit Clause refers to a duty which all the states have on each other in respecting the public acts, records and judicial proceedings including the magistrates of each other. This would create synergy among all the states within United States. Although today, it hasn’t got much value as it had earlier because of the independent nature of the states, it had a very great impact earlier when the states were not working together. This would help promote national unity and solidarity among people and help the country have a better judicial system with mutual trust and respect.
