✓ a leaders is said to be successful when his followers support and trust him, and also stay competent. Leadership becomes effective, when the followers are motivated and are guided with right instructions. Dynamic followership support the followers to adapt the qualities of leaders and to undertake their responsibilities without compromising on the quality of the service.

Infact dynamic followership is a requirement for effective leadership because, without followers, who knows what to do and to abstain from, who are well aware of the situations and their capabilities, a leader becomes ineffective and can't achieve the set goals.

Dynamic followers take accountability of what is assigned to them, stay engaged with their work, value others, and are valued by the leaders, always outperform their duties. This ensures high productivity, and help the leader to excel in his work.
