Epilepsy is a neurological disorder manifested by unprovoked seizure. The seizure is s single occurrence. Epilepsy is two or more unprovoked seizures. The seizure is a sudden, electrical discharge in the brain that cause alternations in the behaviour and consciousness. Neurological exams, brain abnormality test (as has been done in this case), and blood test. This can be treated initially with medication. If the medication fails, there is a need for surgery. Some area of the brain may be removed that cause seizure. The treatment can be done by the ketogenic diet, deep brain stimulation and vagus nerve stimulation.
