A business case is considered as a written document that includes the main objective for the initiation of a project. The answer of the above question is in the following part.

a. Project objectives and goals, risk assessment, and scope.

While initiating a project it is the responsibility of the project manager to identify the primary objectives as well as the goal of the project. Each and every project involves risk, therefore, it is the responsibility of the project manager to assess the risk and find a solution to mitigate the risk. Finally, before initiation, a project the manager and the team should also find out the scope of the project and how this project can be relevant to increase the standard of the organizational performance.
