Based on the information provided, the significance level is α=0.05, and the degree of freedom is n-1=60-1=59. Therefore the critical value for this Two-tailed test is tc​=2.001. This can be found by either using excel or the t distribution table.
The answer is therefore

\chi^2 = \frac{(n-1)s^2}{\sigma^2} = \frac{(41-1)*25}{20} =50
