Motion blindness is defined as the inability to perceive motion of visual objects. It is a rare condition in which a person cannot determine the motion of objects, the objects seem to be in freezing motion to them. People suffering from it find it difficult to cross roads or able to determine if a car is moving or still. They cannot determine if objects are moving with a fast pace or slow. If the problem is severe the person will see objects a still instead of moving in frames. When the pathway that connects occipital lobe with parietal or temporal lode is damaged then the person develops this condition of motion blindness. If in a symmetrical way both LM's of brain are damaged that may also cause this condition. Sometimes it maybe psychological sometimes but unfortunately there is no treatment for this condition until now.
